Church rate of Stratford-upon-Avon [manuscript], 1635 August 10.

For the repair of the church. A Mr. John Hall and a John Hathaway appear amongst the landholders, while an Edmund Hathaway, possibly the one who lived from 1590-1648, signed the document as one of the churchwardens of the parish of Old Stratford which was also responsible for the upkeep of the church.
